How much more effective is the malwarebytes process scanner over the normal free product? Will it detect and catch more viruses or is this just a faster way to catch the infections?

Does anyone have experience using UnTangle in their small business? Looking for a general overall security product with firewall, spam, filters, etc. Free or opensource most preferable.

Best method for locking down a workstation for guest use
What is the best method for locking down a workstation for guest use? I have been looking at Steady State from Microsoft. Is this easy to setup? Will it prevent the system from being damaged from viruses or spy-ware? Is there a better option?
