Outlook only shows plain text emails instead of HTML
we just installed SBS2003 with exchange and now all the Outlooks only displays TEXT emails instead of the HTML emails with links and pics. How can we change this so that HTML emails are not converted to text only?

I have a situation where only one user has the following problem. Random email is delivered to his deleted mail folder. He has no rules setup. On occasion some email from certain users ends up in his deleted folder. Any ideas? I can’t seem to figure this one out. We have SBS 2003 R2 installed.
