my hard disk drive can format
l bought a hard drive for my toshiba laptop but when l started the format the system, l received this message that error have been encounter and restart the computer. it happens all the times. what should l do to solve this problems? help me out. thanks

Recovering SATA hard disk and data after faulty connection
