Partial Deliveries and Over-Underdelivery tolerances
In order to take advantage of allowing partial deliveries, it is necessary to defint the number of partial deliveries allowed. If you leave the Partial deliveries per item blank, you should populate the field below it “Max Partial Deliveries” with a 2 or higher. If the Max partial deliveries is left blank, or 1, you [...]

Faster way to fetch data from MSEG
Fetching from a cluster table is usually slow. If you want a better performance, try to select it from its corresponding transparent tables. Like BSID, BSAD, etc. You might end up having more select clauses, because all the fields u r interested in, may not be in one table. But the performance will be better.

RFC question
In former days there were limitations for rfc communication. Where does the error happen: when building the internal table or when sending the data to your vb program? Within sap there should not be a problem, with rfc this might depend on the version of your components.

Regarding printer problem.
do you have already checked the trayinfo of the output device that there is not selected page format a3? the printing of windows applications or any other application is independent from the sap output device, so it might be, that there is a setting for this device in transaction SPAD you don’t want to have.
