Inbound Invoice from Vendor – partner profile question

I wonder whether the Operating System really is the only difference. The user, can he print to the other’s user printer from outside of SAP (lett’s say: from Microsoft Word)? Is that printer the default printer of the user an can he print a testpage from the pinter – properties dialog?

Oracle Inbound 850 Customer PO’s with Multiple Documents – Odd failure
