SAP Workflow - Send email to initiators' manager
Hi I've created a SAP workflow that sends an email to the initiator of the workflow. But I it also needs to send an email to the initiators' manager. How can I go about to do this? It basically needs to read the organizational structure to get the manager of the initiator. Regards Jaco

How to check other user's SAP inbox message
there is a user got message in his inbox which should not be received by him. How can I check his inbox messages by using some T-code? User complaining they should not be receving a Workflow Task

cats workflow triggering event
created a simple workflow for cats time entry, the goal is to trigger the workflow by creating a new cats entry. then, a mail is sent to some user in the system.
