SAP list of performed transactions by users in a month.

For a couple of days I’m trying to figure out how to create a list with the following elements for each month:

User -> Role -> Transactions -> Steps

I’m aware of the ST03 transaction which show me the amount of steps per user or per transactions for each months. The issue with this is that I need to drill down for every user and that is too much work. I just would like to create one list with the information in order to analyze.

GL Sub-ledger codes in SAP

Here’s my question: From a GL perspective, when you have a transaction that comes from the AP or FA sub ledger is there a field that is different to indicate that it came from the sub ledger and not from a online or BAPI load direct into GL? I’m thinking it is data source but then I’m thinking that the transaction type may be different, does a 31 and 21 in the transaction type field sound right? Thx, Todd

Is there a way to easily see what transactions objects/authorizations (from a access security standpoint) control which fields that a user sees with-in a given transaction? For example transaction MM02 contains a number of objects. How can one find out which objects controls what specific views/fields that a user sees when they execute MM02?

I am able to backup using NTBACKUP on the tape, however when I try opening the Media Contents [in SQL server 2005 - when I right click on R3DUMP0] I receive an error message that indicates I cannot open the backup device ['R3DUMP0(\.tape0)', operating system error 2 (the system cannot find the file specified)].

How can I access the tape0 for backup purpose from SQL Server 2005?

I did a copy from SAP standard transaction (FK02) to new transaction (ZFK02). I modified TSTC (with the new transaction).. assigned this transaction to new role (S&A). But when end user tested the new transaction, first got a issue related to T020 table. ( i added value (ZFK02) into this table.. and worked.. But now.. got us a new issue : “In table T078K, the entry ZFK02 is missing” .. I don’t know how maintain this table. i reviewed tcode: OB23 .. but i didn’t find where modified the content of this table..

Help me please !!
