I dont know A,B,C,D of SAP (S&D). I would like to know if i enter to SAP(S&D), will i have to work with coding or its a user friendly GUI based Application where all functinalities are prebuilt?

Dear sir, I am BE(mech) guy with 4 years of expereince in BPO on Japanese language.Recently I have done SAP-SD course in an uauthorised institute on IDES4.7.Also I have done Japanese Language Proficiecny Test(JLPT -Level3). With this will I get job in SAP-SD with Japanese Language as a fresher?

SAP Freight Charges on Backorders
Hello, Currently we charge a flat freight rate (line item on sales order) and it is applied to the first delivery in SAP. WE would like to charge this flat rate to every delivery (backorder) for this order in the future. Any suggestions on how to implement this in SAP?
