  • SAP J2EE Engine – can I connect to LDAP Zone ?

I'm running an EP7 portal on NW 7.0 SP9. We are using an LDAP for authorisation At the moment, the LDAP connection details refer to a specific server. I've been requested to investigate connecting the portal to an LDAP Server Zone, to allow for redundancy. Is this possible and has anyone done this ?
