What is the EEW Bus Object and What is the Extension Type and what is the Business transaction category

I am working for SAP CRM 7.0 (WebClient UI) I want to add new fields for Incident in Interaction Center and Service request in Service pro as well. Fields will have the drop down menu with the fixed values.

Here the component name is SRQM_INCIDENT_H.

My worry is what the EEW Bus Object and What is the Extension Type and what is the Business transaction category I need to choose while I am creating Extension.

Please help me to add new fields to SRQM_INCIDENT_H.

I have a career question. I want to become a SAP Functional Consultant. Which Module would be right for me.

I have a BS in Agriculture, MS in Computer Science.

I have been working as a QA Consultant/ QA Lead in Software Testing Arena for 8 years. Also worked as a Techno Functional Consultant in SAP BW for 3 months 3 years ago. I have been working in SAP testing / SAP Automation using TAO in SD and MM module for 1 1/2 years.

Should I refresh my skills in BW and find a job in SAP BW or learn (MM, SD, FI, CRM) which is my interest and move to this new role.

I want to move on from a QA / Testing to a SAP Functional consultant as the Job that I am in not challenging enough and I am very much interested in the SAP arena.

Will SAP CRM add to Oracle CRM functional profile

I was working as Oracle CRM consultant a month back with 2.5 years CRM experience. I have very good knowlwdge & experience of Oracle CRM service modules like Contracts, Field Service, TeleService, Install Base etc. This economic downturn has pushed me out of job.
My question is will it be helpful if I go for SAP CRM training now.Will my skills be enhanced and I could hope to get high paying consulting job.

Display R/3 data in customer fact sheet CRM 2007 IC web client

Hi,

I am working on CRM 2007 IC web client.

I have a similar requirement (Equipment master from ECC) to display R/3 data on CRM customer fact sheet.

I have already done with middle-ware settings for RFC destination ……CRMCFSOLTP

Appreciate if you could explain further steps required .
