Basic Text table in SAP CRM Product Master
I am seeking the correct table or tables that I can review for the BASIC text information on the Product master. I know in ECC, the table SHTX will tell me what materials have it populated but I cannot find a corresponding one in CRM – we are using CRM 5.0 for now.

Workitems created on another system (ecc) appear in the CRM agent’s inbox, but Workitems created in CRM do not show
Sap CRM 7.0 and Sap Ecc6.0. In the Sap Gui on CRM all workitems that are created on either system appear, but in the CRM’s AGENT’s inbox we only get workitems from one of the systems. We either get all CRM created workitems or all ECC created workitems. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
