We have created custom field in CRM for customer classification. On doing a batch update, we get an error about the batch being locked. What options are available to mass update data in CRM BP records?

Workitems created on another system (ecc) appear in the CRM agent’s inbox, but Workitems created in CRM do not show

Sap CRM 7.0 and Sap Ecc6.0. In the Sap Gui on CRM all workitems that are created on either system appear, but in the CRM’s AGENT’s inbox we only get workitems from one of the systems. We either get all CRM created workitems or all ECC created workitems. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

SAP CRM TTE Error “TTE could not create work area”

Hi Experts,

I am using SAP CRM 7.0 , done all basic config required for TTE and maintained conditions but getting a strange error in Service order. [strong] ”TTE could not create work area” , and 0TTE is not getting populated in condition tab.[/strong]

I’ve tried resetting VM many times and Restarted the server but it is of no use[strong].[/strong]

Can you please share your knowledge on this, It will be a great help.

SAP CRM 7.0 and Intergration into Fiserv easylender

My company is looking at replacing ther current CRM system with SAP CRM 7.0. There has been alot of discussion related to interfacing with EasyLender and althogh I am confident we can do it, I am currious to see if any of my peers in this form have any experence with this intergration. In a nutshell I am trying to figure out a ballpark list of IT hours. Based on what I have researched so far I am estimating around 200hr of IT time. Does this sound about right?
