I have two years of dotnet development experience . I am trying to move into SAP. Whats the best to opt for in Netweaver i.e Java or ABAP or there are any opportunities for this on dotnet platform. Which should be most promising for future. Googling I came to know Java is giving a backseat to ABAP.

Although the SAP -PS functionality looks like it would work, we must be able to estimate even without connectivity. SAP’s work with Adobe sounds promising, using something like Flex would be ideal. Has anyone heard of someone either building or buying a product for estimating that will tightly couple with SAP or that will extend SAP Estimating offline?

We are a residential remoding company and are evaluating SAP. Anyone on here have experience or even know of an A1 implementer that has experience in the residential construction or remodeling industry or ECO?
