SaaS software for running an Interactive Agency

We are growing and need to really streamline our operations. Our company consults on various conversion improvement projects. We have a mix of small and larger projects that require many touch points or steps to complete (including back-and-forth and review with the clients at various milestones) I am looking for recommendations for software to manage all of the key operations of an interactive agency. Ideally it would be tailored specifically to interactive agencies or similar professional services companies (not looking for a generic ERP approach).

Specifically:

1) Must be completely web-based

2) Must be scalable and reasonably priced based on number of seats or employees

3) Must offer the following functionality as an integrated offering:

Finance:

- Timesheets

- Billing & invoicing

- Project-level real-time costs and profitability

Project tracking

- Work/task assignments

- Scheduling & workflow

- Automated notifications of assigned or completed tasks
CRM

- Integration with SalesForce.com (or ability to import from salesforce)

Dashboards

- ability to easily configure individual dashboards based on roles

Document Sharing

- Integrated storage of files and other digital assets

- Revision control with ability to access older versions of docs

- Role-based access (so clients can see a subset of the deliverables on an extranet)

Making Python scripts more user friendly?

I have a bunch of python scripts I’ve put together that cut down on busy work, but I’d like to be able to share them in an easier-to-use format for others to be used internally. The scripts aren’t accessing anything local, just open API’s across a couple web apps.

Ideally:

a) Users wouldn’t have to have a python compiler installed

b) They can be using Windows when running it.

c) It’s simple enough they can just click something, and it will work.

I’ve tried some of the Windows Python executable compilers, but none have really worked well and I was considering just uploading it to a webserver and putting up some basic password access protection around it

Any suggestions for sharing scripts?
