I have a new user that needs the file transfer function. I have it configured correctly because I can login as myself but with her ID I am not able to. I copied a profile from another user that is using File Transfer so I would think that would be fine but it seems to be something with the profile. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The error that comes up is Cannot process AS/400 data. Possible Security violation.

Hi, I am a very new user to AS/400. I am using a RUMBA client and part of my “ticket” is entered through a free notes section. I can query other items such as customer name, dates, numbers etc etc, but i do not know how to locate where the object is for the “free notes” section to query this for my reports.

Is there a command i can enter to search for the location of this field?

Anyone having an answer to this i would love to know.

Thank you,
