We have purchased one Nexus 7010 with two Supervisors. I would like to move all the services to the 7010 from the 6500 and have the 6500 working as a switch off of the nexus 7000. I also have a FWSM in the 6500 which need to stay working until I can get the contexts moved to the ASA 5510 and 5520 that i have and will be getting. is this possible.

Hello,

New to itknowledge exchange…

I have a hand me down Cisco 2950 12 port switch.

I currently have assigned to my Cable Modem4 Static Public IP’s
Note: Not real but used for example.
70.66.131.1
70.66.131.2
70.66.131.3
70.66.131.4

I run 3 servers in my basement all of which I have configured with the first 3 IPs 1, 2,3. I have a router/wireless point that used 4

I want to configure the 2950 to allow traffic thru on 4 of its ports to the devices listed above. All internet traffic. So I am assuming that I assign ports 2 – 5 on 2950 to do this. Not sure how, but that is why I am asking.

Snice I have 2 NICs on each server I want to assign internal addresses for them and be able to communicate with my router. That base is 192.168.1.0 and router being the internal address gateway of 192,168,1,1

I am not sure where to begin by if you all could point me in correct direction it would be much appreciated.

Thanks
