can anybody explain to me the Routing Information Protocols and Open Shortest Path First security….how it works and how does it make sure the protocols is secured….?

Does RIP support discontinuous networks?
Does RIP support discontinuous networks? I configured a discontinuous network in a simulator and it works there, but I want to know if it works in the real world.

About routing protocol
