What is the best way to retrieve attached files within a rich-text field from a Lotus Notes document and subsequentlymove it to a rich-text field in another document?

Make a file in a rich-text field behave the same on the Web and in client

How do you attach a file to a rich-text field on the Web, so that it will behave the same way as it does in the client? For example, I might want to attach a file in a rich-text field and then access it later by clicking on that attachment icon in the field. Can anyone offer me any help?
