Windows XP SP3 restore feature
On Windows XP SP3 if I use the restore feature to roll back to a specific point can I un do that or do I need to create a restore point before I roll back?

Not able to restore Logical File after it was damaged and deleted
We have deleted a Logical File from our system, since it was damaged. Is it possible to restore file from an ntbackup operation to another server and if so is this a security risk?
