Disaster Recovery Site using SAN disk replication

We are setting up a Disaster Recovery Site using SAN disk
replication, for all our databases including Oracle; A uniform recovery
solution for all IT applications. The Oracle Database will be replicated in the
DR site SAN. Appreciate if you could enlighten on pitfalls? Is it a safe
solution?

What is the difference between Hitachi ShadowImage, Hitachi TrueCopy and Universal Replicator?

What is the difference between Hitachi Shadow image, Hitachi True copy and Universal Replicator? What are the best scenarios where each of them can be implemented?

We are thinking of purchasing iTera from Vision Solutions to use as our HA replication software. I’m looking for feedback from anyone that has used the product. Positive or negative.
