OWA not working on remote server

I have two exchange servers, one in Denver the other in Albq. People on the Denver server can access OWA just fine but for some reason people on the ALBQ. server lost the ability to do so. What to look for and where do I loook for it? Software/Hardware used: Server 2003. Exchange 2003
