I want to setup vnc over a few computers which all have ADSL connections. I never used VNC before and would like to set it up so that those computers can connect to each other for remote desktop sharing.

Should a 3. Party Network Administrator have Remote access to al Corp. Computers and should he have on all Computers Administrator rights. Is this legaly ok and who is responsible for activis on the Network in this case?
