Our office is having issues retrieving emails remotely using OWA. Our office had MS Exchange Server 2007 installed several months ago and we were able to access our emails remotely with OWA without issue until recently. The IT company that sold and installed the server is saying that we require a fixed IP address from our ISP to prevent this from happening again. Is this correct or are there settings in MS exchange server to identify the public IP address?

We have two remote users (in Mexico) who have configured their Blackberries to allow access to their work emails. As of two weeks ago, this process was working. For reasons unknown, this has suddenly stopped working but they are still able to access their emails under other addresses. No changes have been made to our Exchange server settings. When attempting to set up the email on their Blackberries, they receive a message saying that their password is incorrect. Again, no password changes have been made. However, we did attempt to change one of the user’s password but to no avail.

Any ideas or assistance would be very much appreciated.

Hi all I would be extatic if I could have this problem answered. My boss was away for a week and needed to access her emails. When she logged on she could only see 2 emails and they were not work related. I was sitting at he computer and there was close to 150 emails that she needed to access. Aparently her computer was set up with outlook 2007 advanced. Mine is set up as a normal account and I can see all my emails from home by logging on.
I have checked her tools, settings and there is nowhere that I can tick to say leave messages on server. Can anyone help???? should she change back from advanced???? and if I change her on Mission Control(telstra) Will I loose her emails…..She has folders full of documents on her outlook and lots of emails and they need to stay there.I would really appreciate someone solving this problem. I been on to Telstra for hours without luck.
