Remote Acces at one site

I have 1 site out of 82 that cannot access the notes server by either internet or via the external ip address. They have no trouble getting on the internet. It started out of the blue on Monday Software/Hardware used: Windows XP, Windows server 2003

Oracle remote login results in IPNAT.SYS error

Blocking LogMeIn and remote access programs
