I have a Physician database in which we keep all the current information on a physician. When we have a physician leave I have a field in a form which is labeled Termed and I put their termination date in this field. I would like to take these records out of that particular form and place them in a separate database or if possible a new form using the same layout design so I do not lose any of the information. I was wondering if there is a way to do this when the Termed field becomes populated it automatically transfers it to the other form or database? Please help!
