RealVNC 4.5 Mirror Driver

In Server 2003 OS, we are using RealVNC to remotely access VPS accounts. We have them silently installed on the VPS, but we receive a VNC window pop up that states “Mirror Driver unavailable.” This occurs whenever the RealVNC service starts. Can anyone tell me how to silently install the RealVNC with the mirror driver getting installed with it?

Our company use server 2003. Our members are logging onto a VPS using RDP. We are logging on with RealVNC 4.5. Whenever we logon to the VPS with VNC, and a member is in RDP, an alert comes up that says “(anonymous) has logged in.” We don’t want to be seen as anonymous since we are only providing technical support and don’t want our members to get scared that someone might be hacking their account. Any suggestions on how to change that?
