  • Windows server 2003 installation problem

I have to install Windows 2003 in a server machine. It contains SCSI hard disks and the Hard Disk is connected to the motherboard with RAID controller Card. When I try to install windows 2003, the OS is not recognize the Hard Disks. So I can't install the Operating System to the server machine.

  • Can I use two ultra320 and one ultra3 on same disk array for RAID 5?

I am planning to use raid 5 and my disk array consist of two ultra320 and one ultra3. Since the transfer rate of ultra3 is slower is it going to affect the whole transfer rate and wasteful to use two ultra320?  Also should I use a ultra320 or ultra3 raid controller?
