In the same column the date are displayed sometimes as dd/mm/yyyy, sometimes as nnnnn or in the previously defined format (example dd-month ) if exists. The first format can’t be modified, unless double cliking the cell without updating, the
wrong cells are contiguous and occasionally there are blocks of 
contiguous cells with the correct format, for example on the same day. The same report loaded in excel using the QMF function “Display Excel Sheet (ctrl + B )” works properly. Everything is correct with QMF for W 8.1 FP10.
