How can one check the sizes of journal receivers if they were deleted and the system IPL’ed and joblogs in QEZJOBLOG are also deleted?

We want to set printer device P1 as our ‘System Printer’, so all prints not defined will go to P1. However we still want our program compiles to go to QPRINT or we want to be able to HOLD those prints.
All of the JOBLOG and ERROR prints are going to Qezdebug and Qezjoblog which is fine.
