IFS QDLS Network drive storage

I am noticing that our QDLS IFS network drive is growing at a rate of 5gb a day. Is there an way to perform a "Defrag" to the IFS besides IPL.

whne the pc boots up and it connect to the ifs. where does it get the password from and how does that get updated when a password changes on the as400

AS400 FOLDERS

QDLS Maximum File Size

I get the message 'write operation beyond the maximum file size for a file in file system QDLS' with output from a ASC Sequel (*delimited). It seems to stop at 2Gb. How can I increase the maximum file size allowed in QDLS ? thanks, Brian

CPYTOPCD

The CPYTOPCD command which copies iSeries files to the shared folders in QDLS puts an addtional record at the end of the PC document which I can only assume is the end-of-file delimiter. Is there any way to stop this record from being created?
