Can a Windows PFX certificate file be converted to a PuTTy ppk file? If so, what tools are needed and where is it documented? This has not been an easy Google search.

I’m running putty 0.60 on Windows XP SP3 connecting to a Solaris host. When I use my mouse wheel to scroll within the window, one scroll click results in moving 25 lines. Is there a way to change this to some smaller number of lines per click – say 1, 2 or 3?
