Connecting server to public IP address

Two devices on one port?
We have two devices on a small network that both need to have port 80 public facing. We only have one public iP. What can I do to make this work?

leased Line with public IP’s
i have a lease line with Huwaei SmartAX unit ,The ethernet interface directly connected to the firewall.The public IP’s  assigned for this lease line not reaching the firewall after ISP .Is it compusory have a Router to have public IP’s .

Whats is the use of having multiple public IP addresses and would I need certain network device to cater its services?

Windows server 2000 with IIS keeps getting hacked
We have a Windows 2000 server with IIS. When we give it a public IP address the system gets hacked almost instantly. Secure passwords full on firewall. How can we prevent this? Is this an exploit I can patch?

IP address clarification — different IP addresses for same computer – ipconfig vs. browser
This question is just for my own education (as opposed to trying to accomplish a particular task).  Can someone explain the difference between the IP address which is displayed by sites, such as: http://www.displayip.net/ - as your computer’s IP address  and the information that ipconfig displays.  There does not seem to be any overlap. DNS windows server 2003
We have configured a DNS server with a public IP on a Windows 2003 server. It is working fine and we are able to access internet through this server. We want to know whether this DNS is resolving the IPs or it is forwarding to the other DNS (defined in Hint).
