We use Outlook 2003 Public Folders for ISO document control. I would like to standardize the field view for all users (set up custom fields) without having to have each user set up their fields independently. Is there a way to push this out?

I was recovering a deleted public sub folder and attempted to recover it from OWA instead it seemed to recover It disappeared from the recovery list

Using Outlook (2000-2007) with Exchange 2003. Had a couple of people leave a client’s firm, and would like to hide these former employees calendars (Public Folders). Disabled the user account (in AD), and hid the Exchange email address from the list. Is there any way of hiding the calendar(Public Folder) without simply deleting it?
