I have about 7000 folders and I need to create a special folder inside of them.
I need to also give certain groups permissions to these same folders.
Does anyone have a script that would assist me in creating these folders?

I have a folder structure that allows the ownercreator of a file full permission to their work and everyone else just rights to view. This person works in a group and wants the group to have full permission to each other?s work and only their work. A creates a file, B & C have full rights to A, B & Cs work. Everyone else in the office only has view rights and A, B & C only have full permission for any work created by either A, B or C. Is this possible? thanks

Public Folder Contact Sub-Folders

Hi All, I have Exchange 2007 and we are using Public Folders to post our Internal Phone List. we have one folder with all the contacts in it, and sub folders beneath this split into departments, is there a way to get the sub folders to pull filtered information from the parent folder – e.g. if the Department Field = “IT” then it will show in the “IT” subfolder and the parent folder but no others? allowing any change made in the top level to be filtered to the subfolders too!! Thanks

I have inherited a network which has several issue but I need to setup a user that only

How to Add that group to the ACL for the top level public folder.

How to Give that group “folder visible” right on the public folder

How to Change right for ‘default’ with “folder visible” unchecked
