Is it possible to have my appointments that I schedule in my public file folder automatically sent to my personal folder as well?

Public Calendar content Not updating to Windows Live

I am using Exchange 2010 sp1 and Outlook 2010. i have created a Public Calendar to be able to allow my client to see my schedule. I published Calendar online through Windows Live. I was able to view and add Calendar into Outlook. It updated for 2 days and now has stopped updating.

I have checked and changed some default and anonymous permissions to reviewer. still nothing.

i have change published viewing 30 days down to 1 week and that worked, however the content adding a time entry to a day is not updating. i have made several chanegs and it does not update? Thanks for any input.

Request Respone/ Public Calendar

I would like to uncheck the “Request Response” option for a Calendar event I have have created in a Public Calendar but that option isni’t available when I chose New Appointment, Invite Attendees, Action. The option is there to uncheck in my “Personal” Outlook Calendar.

How do I synchronize the server manually?

Hi. I have a user who right-clicked the calendar and moved the public calendar to their private folder. Once they realized what they did they tried to move it back. At that time they received a message that the move will occur once the server synchronizes. This is an important calendar that 40+ users use daily. Is there a way to manually synchronize it so the calendar will be back to the public folder ASAP? They are using Outlook 2007 with an exchange server.

Whenever a user opens an appointment on the public folder calendar to view the contents, the appointment is added to their private calendar after they close appontment. The user was never invited to the appointment. WHy is it showing up in their calendar? How can I prevent this from happening?

Exchange Server 2003 Public Calendar search not working

Exchange Server 2003 Public Calendar. The problem i am having is with a public calendar i have set up for our building department it works fine now except they need to be able to search the calendar for appointments yet it does not work i have been trying to search on how to re index or set up an index or some other way or getting it to happen

Exchange and SBS 2003 I inadvertently changed all the user permissions and now no one has Owner rights.

I inadvertently changed all the user permissions and now no one has Owner rights. How do I create an owner or change permissions, or delete this public calendar that’s on the exchange that came with SBS2003?
