Request Respone/ Public Calendar

I would like to uncheck the "Request Response" option for a Calendar event I have have created in a Public Calendar but that option isni't available when I chose New Appointment, Invite Attendees, Action. The option is there to uncheck in my "Personal" Outlook Calendar.

Outlook 2007 Public Calendar

Whenever a user opens an appointment on the public folder calendar to view the contents, the appointment is added to their private calendar after they close appontment. The user was never invited to the appointment. WHy is it showing up in their calendar? How can I prevent this from happening?

Exchange and SBS 2003 I inadvertently changed all the user permissions and now no one has Owner rights.

I inadvertently changed all the user permissions and now no one has Owner rights. How do I create an owner or change permissions, or delete this public calendar that's on the exchange that came with SBS2003?
