Can anybody help me finding a Way to download the -1 Level PTFs?
and 
Apart from these (Cum,GRP& HIPER) PTFS,How can i find any other higly recommended PTFs for a Specific Release or irrespective of Levels?
Please provide me if you guys have any link for those ….?

I have tried to installed these ptfs which are required, but again the same message, All ptfs which are showing required, they are already loaded on the system but they are in not installed status with IPL as *NONE…Please suggest

Loading of PTFs started.                                  
Loading of PTFs completed successfully.                   
Apply PTF started.
Applying of PTFs for product 5722999 completed successfully.
Applying of PTFs completed.                     
PTFs applied or removed during IPL.

However when I do command  DSPPTF

TL09321    Not applied         None

So I am not 100% sure the PTF was applied.  Thanks for the assistance.
