Our proxy server allows most traffic to the web but our virus scan (mcafee 8.7.1) will not update on a schedule. It will update manually. Can you help?

Hello all,
I have Windows 2003 server and ISA proxy to block some unwanted web pages. But one of the Windows 7 Pro client can not access internet. I get username and password from all browsers and though I type it correctly it continuously asks again username and password.

We have a Windows 7 PC “acting” as a file share server and other things but not being in a domain environment what would be the options for monitoring activity accross the workgroup, blocking access to websites and reporting? MXLogic hands message to Exchange, but recipient doesn’t receive email

I presently use a product called MXlogix along with exchange server small business edition 2003. MXlogic is a proxy that stops spam. I have a situation where calling mxlogic has succesfully handed off the message to my exchange server, however the user never gets the email message. Is there somewhere i can look to see what happened to the message
