Problem using Print Screen in Iseries Client Access 5.3

User only gets blank pages when using print screen. She has chosen her printer and selected the correct pdt but nothing seems to help. Others can print screen to her printer with no problem. I have never had this happen in the 15 years I have used Client Access. Any idea what the problem may be?
