I am having a problem with a computer that runs Windows XP, with Office 2000, when the users tries to use Power point it works ok, but when she attemps to insert a Chart she gets the option to double click on the middle of the chart that gets installed to actually change the chart, but when she double clicks on that nothing happens.
The only way that she can achieve this is by going to the Menu and selection Insert–> Organizational Chart for example. if she just double clicks on the slide where is says to double click to enter chart, nothing happens.

Hope this is not to confusing, I think that I confused myself, if you have any questions or need some clarification please let me know.
