I have a model 820 with three power supplies. P2 has failed. I thought the 3 supplies offered redundancy. But with the one supply having failed, the system will not IPL. Am I missing something? Should it IPL with one failed power supply? Is my only option to replace the failed power supply?
Has anyone experienced a higher than normal failure rate on power supplies in a model S400 3PAR InServ?
