Problems with Exchange 2000 Server

I am relatively new to Exchange 2000 administration. Please help. One of the employees at my company is receiving the same messages over and over again in his mailbox. When receiving messages, it evenutally ends up with an error that says the connection to the server was interrupted (0x800ccc0f).
