We are in the process of limiting access to our prod with the PeopleSoft Administrator Role. What we have been told by out tech guys is that when they run the PORTAL_CSS they need the PeopleSoft administrator role. If they use the Portal Administrator role
to run it, you are suppose to not be able to tell if it ran correctly. It
will say ‘success’, but it may not update all the rows it is suppose to
because the user security will be limited without the PeopleSoft admin
role.

Can you tell me if this is true? I can not find anything in the
documentation that states that this is true or not.

And if it is true, is there another role or permission that could be added (other than the PeopleSoft Admin role) to their IDs that will give them this access.
