Client Access Configuration Dialog Box Error
When trying to configure a new 5250 session I get an error message stating the “Dialog Box is Already Open”, the PC Window goes to the taskbar and cannot be opened (maximized). Using CA Express V5R1 on a Window XP Pro machine.

capture PLC-data in our LAN
Our PLC-vendor is going to provide us collected PLC-data on a server in our LAN. Are sockets (port higher then 1024) the best way to do this? As we are AS/400-minded people, will FTP resolve this with the same performance? Or are there other possibilities? Please, please, give us some guidelines.

Can you transfer active jobs to another subsystem?
If a job is already active in one subsystem, can you use tfrbchjob or tfrjob to move into a different job queue to run in a different subsystem, or will you get errors because the job is already active in one subsystem?

AS/400 to DOS Client Access connectivity
I currently have some DOS pc’s connected via twinaxe and Ethernet running IBM client access V3R2 with the AS/400 running V5R2. WALLDATA RUMBA File Transfer Function
After upgrading from NT to XP or Win2000, the File Transfer function no longer works. Arpeggio is fine but the File Transfer application error is:[Wall Data][Rumba Data Access]No data source specified; dialog prohibited. SQLDriverConnect…. Maybe there are registry entries missing? Telnet on iSeries
Is it possible to have multiple telnet ports listening at the same time for telnet connections on the iSeries? (i.e., the normal port 23, plus one or two additional ports to split traffic, etc.).
