We are running Exchange 2007 SP2. We installed SP2 last month with no problems. This month we installed Rollup 4. We have 2 CAS servers which are load-balanced and today we are getting calls that some of our users don’t get the form when they bring up OWA. They get a black box with a red x in the corner. They can still log in and everything is normal once they log in. We have narrowed it down to one of the CAS servers and have temporarily removed it from load balancing. I do not see any errors in the event log pertaining to this issue. Has anyone else had this problem and knows how to resolve it? I am opening a ticket with Microsoft but wondered if anyone has already seen and resolved this one. I am not finding a solution on the web for this. Thanks!

I’m upgrading my organization from windows 2000 domain with exchange 2000 to windows 2008 domain with exchange 2007.
I’ve added two new servers to my site : one with windows 2008 server to be AD and another to be exchange.
I joing the new dc to the existing forest and moved all AD rules to it.then I installed the exchange 2007 on the second server and join it to the existing exchange 2000 organization.
every thing went well but the OWA on the exchange 2007 does’nt work. I’m able to put a user name and password but I’m not getting a gui screen only a text screen with the directories of my outlook and I can’t get into any of them.
My exchange 2007 server is enterpries edition and I’ve installed the exchange roolup 7 from windows update. I even unistalled the CAS and reinstall it again but i’m getting the same resault. another thing is if i’m working with forms registration I getting a blank page with reason 0 error.
What am I doing wrong?

We got a big problem with specially the password field on our OWA. Sometimes a sign is missing you can push the button an nothing happen. You will have to push the same button again. If you count the sign in the password field, one sign maeby two sign is missing. We have heard this from a lot of users. We have tried for our selfs. I would say that 20% is wrong.
We really don’t know where to look is it something with cache in IO 7.0. Is it OWA server problem or is in our cisco firewall. If we use Outlook client we got no problem.
