How to determine outlook version that created OST file
I have an old OST file that I have been trying to convert to a PST. The problem I am running into is that I need to know what version of Outlook created the OST file. I don’t remember the version. Is there any way to figure this out?

Duplicate e-mail in the sent folder
using Outlook 2003 and SBS server 2003, created a rule in outlook to automatically send e-mail into the sent folder. Discovered e-mail was duplicated in the sent folder (where it was placed). Deleted rule but still getting duplicate e-mail in the sent folder, How do I stop this?

Hello – we save our archive files on our own personal network space. I have 2 archive files now, one on the proper network location and another that keep recreating itself on the wrong network drive. How do I stop this? I have remapped this archive file several times to no avail.

with xp. i used to use outlook express but, with vista using outlook 2007, any photos that arrive as attachments have to be actually opened to view. Is there any way for them to open automatically like outlook express does?
