Logging in on different work station
Hi, I am kind of new at this outlook stuff. How come when I log in at another work station, some of my email seems to go to the new work station and I can’t view it from the old station.

Opening Archived Data files
When you open an archived data file in Outlook 2007, it presents you with a ‘File Name’ box. If you click the arrow to expand that box you are presented with a list of previous file locations. How can you clear that list to get rid of redundant entries?

I am trying to figure out how to show the day of the year (ex. 211/365)in the monthly, weekly and daily views of the calendar in Outlook 2007. Where do I go to add this to my calendar to know what day of the year it is?

Cannot view Calender entries Outlook 2007
I have a user who has been given Reviewer access to everyones calender using Ms Outlook 2007. She can only view some of the calenders but when she accesses some of them she cannot viiew entries. We are using Exchange 2003 on Windows 2003 serrver. Please assist

I have an issue where a clients email came through to her BlackBerry and another email program (ie: gmail) but didnt not go through to her inbox on outlook 07. Checked junk mail…rules etc and still no luck. They’ve received email from the address before, but just happens once in a blue moon. Any suggestions?

As part of an Exchange 2007 migration , we want to install Outlook 2007 on the workstations so that it will have Outlook 2007 and the other programs will be from office 2003. Do you know what functionality you will loose by having Outlook 2007 and rest of Office 2003 suite ?
