We have installed microsoft outlook 2003 to all 5 workstations . Then we place outlook data into the server (windows server 2003 sbs)in the sharefolder. My problems is unable to use the same email username even we have set permission the sharing folder to all 5 users. Please advice.

How do I redirect incoming emails so that all of the emails coming from a particular domain go into a folder other than Inbox or Junk? I do not have Exchange.

Using Exchange 2003 std SP2 Is it possible to have a server side forward of outbound mail from specific accounts to outside addresses? Inbound works fine but I also need to forward the mail that is sent from 3+ email addresses without using Outlook rules as the users cannot have any control over it.
