Need to change my Outlook Web Access password but get error

Receiving Outlook Error message when I open it up? Data File did not close properly. Cannot get the message to go away.
The data file did not close properly the last time that it was used and Outlook is checking it’s progress. While this check is occurring, performance may be affected. Anybody, know how to troubleshoot this issue? Thanks!
