When I accept a meeting invitation it automatically files it to my delte folder. I what to save them how can I change this so the invite doesn’t go to the delete folder?

Outlook 2007 prompts for a Network Password
Recently installed Outlook 2007 however every time that I want to send mail, it prompts for a Network Password, I put in the password and after a few seconds the prompt comes back again. I have always been able to delete sent emails from the Sent folder. Now when I try to delete a line appears through the email and there is no option available to permanently delete the message. Has some sort of protect setting been selected?
